When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are baked and packed, to order, on the day that they are shipped. Generally we ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for arrival Tuesday through Friday. Although we try to ship orders out quickly, we are not always able to get your order out on the day it is actually placed.
Does someone have to sign for the package?
Yes, unless you request a release, someone needs to be available to sign for the package.
If I choose overnight delivery, do I pay additional shipping?
Yes, if you select overnight delivery you will be charged the overnight shipping charge to your location, including sales tax in New York State
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, UPS will send an e-mail notification to the email address you provided with your order.
I ordered but did not receive my confirmation email. What happened?
